Items sold is non-returnable and warranty is not available.
HARUMANGO REFUND POLICY
Please take note that the processing time of your refund will depend on the type of refund and the payment method you used. Learn everything you need to know about our Refund Policy.
REFUND TYPES
Harumango will process your refund according to the following refund types:
1. Cancelled Order
Products sold is refundable and returnable with terms and conditions:
1.1 Spoiled/Damaged Product
1.2 Failed Deliveries
1.3 Contact Harumango @ 604 731 7199 for further information.
2. Failed Deliveries
In the event that the products failed to deliver to the designated address, please contact us and the refund process starts when the item has been returned to Harumango. Please take note that the shipping and delivery might take a longer time depending on the area of you shipping address.
3. Spoiled/Damaged Product
In the very rare event that when the products arrived and there are spoiled or damaged products, please do the following:
- Place the affected product(s) on top of the Harumango Packaging/Box and take as many photo as possible.
- Contact our customer service immediately (within 24 hours upon receiving the products) with the photo attached, your invoice number, shipping address, contact number and the courier service tracking number.
In the case of Spoiled/Damaged Product(s), we will offer the following:
- Replace the spoiled or damaged product(s) free of charge, or,
- Refund partially to the Buyer when there is no replacement in stock. The amount of refund is determined by Harumango Sdn Bhd base on best estimation of the value.
Please note that any claims after more than 24 hours upon receiving the products will not be entertained.
REFUND TIME FRAME
3 – 5 Working days (Working days doesn’t include weekends and public holidays).
WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER A FAILED DELIVERY?
You will be receiving email notification to inform you that the courier has failed to deliver the package. The courier will then take 3 - 5 working days to return the parcel to the respective Seller for a refund to be processed
Please note that the courier will make 3 attempts before the package is tagged as Failed Delivery. According to the sample shared below, 3 attempts were made by the courier before it is identified as ‘Delivery Failed’.
Failed Delivery can be potentially caused by one or a combination of these reasons:
- Customer is unreachable or uncontactable.
- There was no trust recipient available to receive the package.
- Destination of the package is outside of courier’s delivery coverage area.
- The recipient provided the wrong shipping information.
Under these circumstances, Harumango will not provide any refund because it is the recipients' responsibilities to be receive the deliveries.
